From 1973 to 1980, Bob Marley & The Wailers recorded 12 studio albums and performed to millions of fans worldwide. The group’s 1977 album Exodus was anointed Best Album of the Century in 1999 by Time Magazine. Track ‘One Love’ was named Song of the Millennium by the BBC and is just one in a long list of many notable hits, including: ‘Could You Be Loved’, ‘Stir It Up’, ‘No Woman, No Cry’, ‘Is This Love’ and ‘Jamming’.
The band lost legendary reggae vocalist and icon Bob Marley in 1981 and today continue to tour to honour his legacy. Steered by bassist and founder Aston ‘Familyman’ Barrett the band’s current lineup consists of Donald Kinsey (guitar), Josh Barrett (lead singer), Aston Barrett Jr (drums), Owen ‘Dreadie’ Reid (rhythm guitar) and many more talented musicians.
