Familyman Barrett and son Aston Jr. have been hard at work inside South Florida’s Bad Lions recording studio. The rock solid rhythm team is stoked to announce the forthcoming release of “Stand Firm,” a new single produced by the duo that features top musicians from two generations.

Aston Jr., widely respected for playing like his famous Uncle Carly, is featured on drums and his legendary father stands out on bass. The Wailers’ Donald Kinsey, a renowned US-born guitarist with roots in rock, reggae, and blues, is highlighted, as well as Abidan on percussion. The Wailers lead singer Josh Barrett provides his authentic roots Rasta sound, while Carol Dexter joins in on background vocals.
